Pastor Rusty is the spiritual leader and God’s vision caster for the ministry at Faith. His primary responsibilities include: Preaching and teaching God’s word, equipping, encouraging, and empowering leaders for service, oversight and care for the church staff, and setting the strategic direction for the ministry.

"Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not rely on your own insight. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD, and turn away from evil. It will be a healing for your flesh and a refreshment for your body. Elizabeth Holschuh is the Director of Faith Formation at Faith. She graduated from Texas Lutheran University in 2011. She holds a degree in Theology with a concentration in Youth Ministry. She is excited to share God’s love with young people in a way that nurtures faith, demonstrates love, and builds relationships. Her primary responsibilities are engaging children, middle school youth, and their families in ministry together. She coordinates the Reach Kidz Children’s Worship ministry, coordinates both children and middle school ministry events, and teaches Confirmation classes to middle school students.

Christian is the Director of High School Youth and Young Adult Ministries at Faith.  His primary duties are engaging the high school youth and young adults in relational ministry; encouraging and equipping young leaders in the church; and helping to create a culture of fellowship and relationship by coordinating events for both high school youth and young adults.

Life passage: 1 Corinthians 13:13

And these three remain: faith, hope and love. And the greatest of these is love.

Ann is the Director of Faith Lutheran Day School. Her primary responsibilities include: Providing a quality Christian early childhood setting in which each child is encouraged to grow, learn, and develop as a child of God. She encourages and empowers the Day School staff each day to create the best environment for each child. Ann loves to develop relationships with the children and families the school serves. She works with the Day School Board to set the vision and direction for the school.

Kitty Barnard is the Minister of Music and the coordinator of worship arts at Faith.  Her primary responsibilities include:  supporting and ministering with other staff members; equipping, encouraging and empowering worship ministry leaders; coordinating worship services; directing various worship teams; and serving as the church’s principal musician.

Chris is responsible for conceptualizing and creating a progressive, culturally accurate video ministry that enhances worship and acts as an instrument for evangelism. Through the video ministry, Chris supports discipleship development and serves the needs of the overall ministry mission.

Pia Owens is the Director of Disciple Connections at Faith.  As Director of Disciple Connections she helps guests and Mission Partners get connected with different ministries here at Faith Lutheran.  Her primary responsibilities include: coordinating the HOST Teams that make our church a welcoming and engaging place; connecting new Mission Partners and guests to Faith ministries and opportunities to serve; and coordinating discipleship opportunities such as small groups.

Kari and her family have attended Faith since 2000. She served in a variety of roles before joining the staff as the Director of Operations. In this capacity she has the opportunity to experience a variety of functions such as Personnel, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Planning, Financial and Facilities.
