Serve Teams

Our Outreach Team oversees the many ministries that impact our community and the world. From organizing the noisy offering to organizing service projects in our community as well as the national and international missions. This team is ready to share God's hope and love with our community and around the world.

Our WOW Team consists of the welcoming faces of our Host team to the hard-working individuals who make up our Grounds and Operations Teams. These teams work diligently to help maintain a spirit of excellence in every area of our church and "wow" everyone who walks through the doors at Faith.

The PRO team oversees all the technical and audio components of worship, events, website, app, social media, and Faith written materials. this team works hard to create a meaningful worship experience that effectively communicates and shares God with those in our sanctuary and online. But don't be intimidated, team leaders provide training and prepare you to serve in this meaningful ministry.

The Worship Arts Team consists of the many musical, visual arts, and worship elements teams that are passionate about worship and arts. From our many choirs, to the contemporary band, to the many members who work on the worship elements teams, these individuals help create the meaningful worship experience you find here at Faith.

The Encouragement team faithfully and diligently serves behind the scenes providing prayer, support, and encouragement. From coordinating the meal ministry to organizing memorial services, these servants walk and pray with people who are experiencing the joys and trials of life.

The Children and Youth Team includes Faith Lutheran Day School, Faith Kids and Faith Youth. This team consists of passionate people sharing God's message of hope and love in exciting and impactful ways. Faith Kids team members serve as worship leaders, group leaders, and programming facilitators. Youth team members work as group leaders, event facilitators, and mission/event coordinators. The Journey Team at Faith focuses on developing and supporting the spiritual growth of the children, youth, and adults at Faith. This diverse team is passionate about teaching God's word and providing spiritual guidance in an engaging and innovative way. From overseeing children's spiritual growth milestones such as baptism, first communion, and confirmation, to deepening relationships through small groups, this team provides opportunities for people to grow in their Faith journey
